Step by step

Call, diagnose, quote, repair

Whatever the vehicle came in for, the fault is confirmed and the quote approved before any work starts.

  1. Step 1

    Call the shop

Call the shop with your name, your vehicle and what it is doing. You get a time that works.

  2. Step 2

    Diagnose and confirm the fault

Tony reads the codes, tests the circuit and confirms the cause before writing anything up.

  3. Step 3

    Approve the quote

Parts and labour, in writing, before a wrench moves.

  4. Step 4

    Repair and verify

He re-scans it, road tests it, and tells you what was wrong and what he did about it.
